In January, Fetisova Galina Yakovlevna from Yoshkar-Ola city of the Mari El Republic transferred to the museum fund copies of archival documents of Isabella Stepanovna Kiselyova, a prisoner of “ALZHIR”: a labor book from 1947 belonging to Kiselyova Isabella Stepanovna, a birth certificate, a marriage certificate between Kiselev Ivan Alekseevich and Chernivskaya Isabella Stepanovna, the original pension certificate, as well as a collection of stories "ALZHIRSKAYA STUZHA" by Golubev Valeriy Borisovich, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, lecturer s philosophy and political science at the Mari State University. Valeriy Golubev was acquainted with Isabella Kiselyova after her release from the camp, and the story of her life became the basis of one of the short stories in the collection.
Kiselyova Isabella Stepanovna was convicted in 1938 as family member to traitors to 8 years in labor camp. After her release, she was left completely alone, after a year of wandering at the station she met mother of Fetisova G.Ya., who had decided to take her to live with her. So, Izabella Stepanovna Kiselyova lived in the Fetisov’s family for 40 years and died in 1986.

On January 3, the museum team assisted Smagul Dinara Bekzatovna, a 4th year student of the specialty “History” of the Shakarim State University of Semei, when writing a diploma on “Саяси қуғын-сүргінге ұшыраған Қазақстандық әйелдер (1920-1950 жж.”) In the form of a methodological manual was provided a collection of memoirs of prisoners of the camp "ALZHIR" and their descendants “ALZHIR. Like a bad dream" and the catalog of collections from the museum "Елбасының бастамасымен ашылған еді".

On January 3, the museum received photos of Alexander Konstantinovich and Natalya Fyodorovna Drozdovs, transmitted by Vadim Korolev, a close friend of the Drozdovs family, currently living in Moscow. Alexander Konstantinovich Drozdov - military adviser at the headquarters of Marshal Blucher, repressed in 1937. His wife, Natalya Fyodorovna Drozdova, was convicted on January 10, 1938 as a family member of traitor to the motherland to 8 years in labor camp, arrived in the Akmola branch on February 24, 1938. Among transferred materials photographs of Alexander and Natalia Drozdovs before the arrest, photos of Natalia Drozdova with her daughter Tamara Alexandrovna Drozdova after being released from the camp, a photo from the burial site of Natalia Drozdova, the prisoner of “ALZHIR” and her daughter Tamara.

On January 11, Deputy Director Duysekeev K.T. gave a lecture “Prevention of religious extremism and terrorism among young people” in the “Zerde” hall of the museum, for the museum staff, using visual material. The lecture discussed recommendations on how to prevent the spread of ideas of destructive religious movements in organizations.
During the lecture Duysekeev K.T. talked about what measures need to be taken in order to neutralize the negative influence of the religious factor on the mind and psyche of people and answered the questions of the museum staff.

On January 16, 2019, in the framework of the implementation of the article by Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev “Ұлы даланың жеті қыры” and a cooperation agreement between the museum and memorial complex “ALZHIR” and the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Sh. Valikhanov, employees of the Department of research work of the museum prepared a list of women, names that do not appear in the book "Prisoners of "ALZHIR ", published in 2003 by the Association of victims of unlawful repressions of Astana and Akmola region. According to the recollections of the “ALZHIR” prisoners in the camp, honored actress of the RSFR - Lydia Ruslanova served the sentence, Soviet actress - Tatiana Okunevskaya, the mother of the Soviet bard Bulat Okudzhava - Ashkhen Nalbandyan, Soviet writer - Galina Serebryakova and others. confirming that these women were in “ALZHIR”.
Within the framework of this agreement, employees of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Sh. Valikhanov will be carried out research work in the State Archives of the Russian Federation to study archival materials and clarify the place of punishment for convicted women.

In the period from January 21 to January 27, 2019, in the framework of the implementation of the article by Head of State N. A. Nazarbayev “Ұлы даланың жеті қыры”, the museum and memorial complex “ALZHIR” compiled memorandumus and sent them to the Historical Archive of the Omsk Region, the State Archives of Orenburg, Tomsk and Voronezh regions.
 The purpose of the memorandum is to support research projects implemented by joint research teams, exchange of experience in the implementation of joint research and exhibition projects, the organization of joint events such as: scientific and practical seminars, round tables, forums, exhibitions, research and study archival materials, publication in print publications about the results of the joint work, exchange of research information.
The memorandum will provide the museum staff access to work in archives, the exchange of archival documents reflecting the theme of political repressions will allow museum staff to conduct research to clarify the list of women and children convicted as "family members of traitors to the motherland".

On January 22, the museum safety engineer Zh. Amirgaliev for the museum staff in the “Zerde” hall delivered a lecture “Basic principles of occupational safety and health.” During the lecture, Zh. Amirgaliev spoke about the basics of labor protection management in the organization, and also introduced a set of regulations and requirements aimed at ensuring optimal working conditions.

On January 24, the chief engineer of the museum, S. Orshabekov, lectured “Fundamentals of a Video Surveillance Service System” to the staff of the museum in the “Zerde” hall. During the lecture, S. Orshabekov explained that the video surveillance system allows monitoring the situation in the protected area, as well as visually confirming the fact of unauthorized entry to assess the situation and identify the perpetrators.

In the period from January 28 to February 3, 2019, within the framework of the implementation of the article by Head of State N. A. Nazarbayev “Ұлы даланың жеті қыры”, the museum and memorial complex “ALZHIR” compiled memorandum and sent them to the Central State Archive for Scientific and Technical Documentation of Almaty, KSU "Center for Documentation of Scientific History" Semei, State Archives of Akmola, Karaganda and West Kazakhstan regions.

On February 12, the deputy director Duysekeev K.T. gave a lecture “Теріс пиғылды діни ағымдар мен дәстүрлі ислам дінінің арасындағы қайшылықтар” in the “Zerde” hall for the museum staff, in which he spoke about the types of extremist movements. During the lecture Duysekeev K. T. noted that extremism and terrorism are a real danger both for the international community as a whole and for our state in particular. At the end of the lecture Duysekeev K.T. answered the questions of the staff and urged everyone to be vigilant to foreign objects and people.

On February 12, Tatyana Sergeevna Vorobieva, currently living in Canada, the granddaughter of Araksi Tomasovna Malevich, an ALZHIR prisoner, donated copies of archival documents and photographs from the family archive to the museum’s fund: a photo and death certificate of Malevich Vladimir Alexandrovich, a history teacher and a school director No. 15 Rostov-on-Don, repressed in 1937, photo before arrest, employment record, rehabilitation certificate of Malevich Araksi Tomasovna, ALZHIR prisoner, materials of Vladimir and Arax Malevich’s children - photo of Malevich Vladimir and his son Malevich Vladimir, the birth of her daughter - Malevich Larissa, photo of pendant metal, inside which are enclosed photos of Vladimir and Araxi Malevich. The original of the pendant itself, photographs and documents of Tatiana Vorobieva are ready to be transferred to the museum’s fund.
Araksi Tomasovna Malevich was convicted on September 18, 1938 as a family member of traitor to the motherland to 5 years in labor camp. In “ALZHIR” was until 02.26.1939. She died on 02/26/1939. Buried in a mass grave of “ALZHIR” prisoners.

On February 14, the museum team assisted Zhakia Makpal, the first-year master of the specialty “History” of the Eurasian National University, when writing a thesis on the subject of “Карлаг аумағында құрылған қазақ ауылдарының тарихы”. Copies of archival cases of women of Belarusian nationality, prisoners of the “ALZHIR” camp provided by the President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko to the head of our state Nursultan Nazarbayev during an official visit to Astana in June 2017, were provided in the form of a methodological manual. The article “How Stalin destroyed women and children. Report from the death camp "ALZHIR", the author of which is Adarya Gushtyn, executive editor of the Belarusian Information Company "Belapan". In November 2017, Adarya Gushtyn conducted research work on the study of archival documents of women of Belarusian nationality, prisoners of “ALZHIR”. In the form of a methodological manual was provided a catalog of collections from the fund of the museum «Елбасының бастамасымен ашылған еді».

On February 20, in the framework of the implementation of the program article of the Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev "View to the future: spiritual revival" and signed a memorandum between the "Museum and memorial complex of victims of political repressions and totalitarianism "ALZHIR" and " Youth Resource Center of Tselinograd district" for the purpose of disclosure of semantic and historical events in Afghanistan, perpetuating the memory of the soldiers-internationalists making their exploits an example for the future generation, development of patriotism and courage in the hall “Zerde”, an event was held on the theme “Ауғанстан – біздің жадамызда”, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan with the participation of conscripts military unit number 44813, and children from poor, large families and children who are registered in the police department  of Tselinograd district. Guests of the event: veterans of the war in Afghanistan living in the Tselinograd region - Duysekeev Zhanat Tuleuovich, Zhakupov Beken Akzhunusovich, Dzharmukhanov Bolat Sadykovich, Smailov Fikret Ganievich, Smailov Askar Tuleuovich, Smailov Molshylyk Tuleuovich. During the event, the guests shared their memories of the tragic events in Afghanistan. The soldiers of military service number 44813 were performed thematic songs about the war.

On March 1, within the framework of the “Year of Youth”, according to the instructions of the Akimat of Astana, among the young specialists of the museum, competitions in winter sports were organized. Initially, the exercise took place in the fresh air, after which the participants of the competition took part in the race on skis, sledges, and also organized a mini-hockey game. At the end of the competition, all participants of the competition were presented with letters of thanks on behalf of the director of the museum Samat Ilyasovich Tergembaev for active participation in the public life of the museum.

On March 6, within the framework of the “Year of Youth” and on the eve of the celebration of International Women's Day, on March 8, among the young girls, the museum employees held a competition called “Көктем аруы”. The competition was held in stages, in each of which the girls showed their creative thinking, as well as the culinary mastery. At the end, all participants were awarded diplomas in the following nominations - «Қол өнер», «Сұлу қыз», «Зерделінің ойы озық», «Өнерлі өрге жүзер», «Көрермендер қөзаймы».

On March 11, Deputy Director Duysekeev K.T. in the “Zerde” hall gave a lecture “Terrorism - a threat to society” to museum staff using visual material, in which he spoke about what precautions must be taken to prevent a possible terrorist act or reduce it consequences.
At the end of the lecture Duysekeev K.T. answered the questions of the staff and urged everyone to be vigilant to foreign objects and people.

On March 11-15, 2019, in the framework of the implementation of the article by Head of State N. A. Nazarbayev «Ұлы даланың жеті қыры» by the Joint-Stock Company “Nat Kazakhstan” in the department of accounting and storage of the museum stock introduced the automated system of accounting and movement of museum values “Museum”. On March 20, in the framework of the implementation of the program article of the head of state N.A. Nazarbayev’s “View to the future: spiritual revival” in the “Zerde” hall of the museum and memorial complex “ALZHIR” held a festive event on the theme “Welcome, Nauryz!”, during which the museum staff, teachers and students of the I course of Astana Technical College are among which orphans, children from large and low-income families, and children registered at the Tselinograd district police department, demonstrated the Kazakh national holiday “Көрісу мейрамы”, an obligatory tradition of which is handshake. The younger ones, welcoming the elders, ask for blessings. On this day, insults are forgiven and quarrels are forgotten. In ancient times, when the Kazakhs were engaged exclusively in nomadic cattle breeding, exactly one week before the day of the vernal equinox, they counted their cattle and rejoicing that the long winter was finally over, they visited each other, discussed damages and offspring, and also prepared for Nauryz. On this day, people visit each other, when they meet, they certainly greet their hands and say: “With the past year!”.
During the event, students of the Technical College of Astana performed musical compositions, such as “Наурыз көктем”, “Mereke”, “Zhayau”, students of secondary school No. 5 a. Akmol performed musical kui on dombra. Everyone who wanted to take part in the national games like “Ләңгі тебу”, “Жаяу тартыс” and “Асық”, and at the round table the participants of the event were treated to the national dish Nauryz kozhe, prepared by the museum staff.

Within the framework of the event, the opening of the traveling exhibition on “Наурызыммерекем, Наурызымберекем”, which tells about the history of the holiday, national traditions and dishes, was held in the “Alash” hall. A separate part of the exhibition were items of national clothes and decorative and applied arts.
At the end of the event, participants were presented with letters of thanks.

On March 25, the museum staff took part in a festive event in support of renaming Astana to Nur-Sultan with the participation of representatives of the creative intelligentsia, the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, leaders of youth organizations, champions in various sports. The event included a gala concert with the participation of young artists whose work is inextricably linked with the history of the modern capital of Kazakhstan.

On March 26, a video on the introduction of compulsory social health insurance was presented in the “ALZHIR” hall for a review of museum visitors, which tells about the advantages of medical insurance.

On March 28, in the framework of the implementation of the article by N. In the period from April 3 to April 8, 2019, under the framework of the implementation of the article by Elbasy N. A. Nazarbayev “Ұлы даланың жеті қыры”, a research mission was held in Almaty, during which the museum director Samat Ilyasovich Tergembaev took part in the charity event “Жүректен жүрекке” held in the Multimedia Center for Traditional Music of Almaty, organized by the “Association of Museums of Almaty” of the Department of Culture of Almaty together with the Public Association “Association of Women with Disabilities “Шырақ”.
As part of a memorandum of cooperation concluded between the Museum and Memorial Complex "ALZHIR" and the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Sh. Valikhanov, director of the museum Samat Illyasovich Tergembaev visited the institute of history, where he met with researchers on the topic of mass political repressions. During the meeting, issues on the implementation of joint projects were discussed.

On April 6, the museum’s staff "ALZHIR" took part in the citywide cleanup. Employees produced the following types of work: cleared of rubbish and last year's grass lawns adjacent to the museum, dug up the ground around spruces planted near the museum, washed away the dust and dust from the memorial plates for women, ALZHIR prisoners.

On April 13, the museum’s staff "ALZHIR" took part in the citywide clean-up. The following types of interior work were carried out: windows, doors, floors, shop windows were cleaned, offices were cleaned.

On April 17, in the framework of the implementation of the article by Elbasy N.A. Nazarbayev “Ұлы даланың жеті қыры”, the Museum “ALZHIR” was sent for consideration a memorandum of cooperation to the National Center for Manuscripts and Rare Books, within which on May 2 of this year will exhibition “Жазықсыз жапа шеккендер”.

On April 17-18, in the framework of the implementation of the program article of Elbasy N.Nazarbayev “View to the future”, experts of the exposition and exhibition department R. Zhaksybayeva, G. Tulepbergenova and Khassenova A. took part in the International Scientific Conference "Museum, Museology and Cultural Heritage", organized by the Directorate for the Preservation of Monuments and Historical and Cultural Heritage. During the conference, A. Khassenova made a presentation “Museum “ALZHIR” - a historical monument of Kazakhstan”. During the conference, Anar Khassenova made simultaneous translation of reports from Kazakh and Russian into English. The collection “Museum, Museology and Cultural Heritage”, published on the basis of reports of a scientific conference, was included in its article in English “Memory of women-prisoners in “ALZHIR” museum”. At the end of the conference, participants were awarded certificates.

On April 22-29, in the “ALZHIR” hall was presented video about Obligatory Social Health Insurance hall, which aims to ensure universal coverage of citizens with quality medical care and support the quality of medical care provided.

On April 23, in the framework of the implementation of the article by Elbasy N. Nazarbayev, “Ұлы даланың жеті қыры” between the museum and memorial complex “ALZHIR” and “Center for Documentation of Scientific History” of Semei, a memorandum of mutual cooperation was concluded. On May 2, a festive event on the theme " Жас ұландар – мақтаныш елімнің " was organized in the museum "ALZHIR", "Alash" hall, dedicated to the celebration of May 7 - Defender of the Fatherland Day in Kazakhstan and May 9 - Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War. In the framework of the implementation of the program article of Elbasy N.Nazarbayev “View to the future”,  with the goal of instilling a sense of patriotism among the younger generation, inculcating love for the Motherland.
During the event, the director of the museum Samat Illyasovich Tergembaev delivered a welcoming speech, students of the cadet class of secondary school No. 57 of Nur-Sultan demonstrated the basics of drill training for drumming, patriotic songs were performed and poems about love for the motherland were read. At the end of the event, students of the cadet class of secondary school No. 57 of the city of Nur-Sultan performed a waltz of the war years. At the end of the event, the class teacher and the teacher for the initial military training were given letters of appreciation.
At the end of the event, an excursion was held for the students in the “Alash”, and “ALZHIR” halls and the documentary “Blistery cold of “ALZHIR” was shown.

The lecture discussed recommendations on how to prevent the spread of ideas of destructive religious movements in organizations.

On May 15, in accordance with the letter of the Department of Culture and Sports of Nur-Sultan No. 508-09-17 / 408 dated May 14, 2019, in connection with the International Family Day, the Open Day was held at the museum “ALZHIR”. On this day, excursions to the museum halls “Alash”, and “ALZHIR” were held for all who wanted for free, and the documentary “Blistery cold of “ALZHIR” was shown.

On May 18, the Open Day was held at the museum "ALZHIR" on International Museums Day.
On this day, the museum was open to visitors from 10:00 to 22:00, without a break. Admission is free, excursion for students (per person) - 100 tenge, for students - 200 tenge, for adults - 300 tenge.

On May 18, 2019, in order to preserve the historical and cultural heritage, form the patriotic education of young people, exchange experience, develop and popularize the activities of metropolitan museums in the State Enterprise "Ethno-memorial complex "Map of Kazakhstan - Atameken", a round table was held on «Мәдени мұра – ұлттың негізі". Dedicated to the International Museums Day, organized by the People's Democratic Party "Nur Otan ", "Ethno-memorial complex "Map of Kazakhstan - Atameken", "Saken Seyfullin Museum", "Museum and memorial complex “ALZHIR” in the framework of the Presidential Election in Kazakhstan in 2019. During the round table, the participants exchanged experience on preserving cultural heritage and popularizing it in society, raised issues of attracting and increasing the number of visitors, restoration of exhibits, tourist attractiveness, and the need to take advantage of the opportunities that digital technology provides.

On May 31, 2019, on the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Political Repressions and Famine, a ceremony of laying flowers to the Wall of Memory from the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, from the Nur-Sultan Akimat, from the Nur-Sultan Maslikhat, took place on the territory of the museum “ALZHIR”. People's Democratic Party "Ak Zhol", on behalf of the descendants of the repressed and members of the public of Nur-Sultan. Grunberg, Vera Konstantinovna Grunberg-Ivannikova, who came from Moscow, and Kairbek Kemengerov, Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor, great-grandson of Koshke Kemengerov, party member of “Alash ", scientist, playwright, writer, journalist, repressed in 1937.
At the Wall of Memory, the main imam of the Mosque Kazhy Sheikh Kunta Azimbekuly, Sabit, and Archpriest Dmitry Baydek, recited prayers for innocent victims of political repressions.
During the ceremony, the participants of the association “Нағыз желтоқсан” planted 20 seedlings of poplars in Alash Park.

On May, 31, at 15:00 a flower-laying ceremony was held at the monument "Monument to the victims of hunger", located in Nur-Sultan. The deputy governor of Nur-Sultan Kanalimov Yerlan Yermekovich and the director of the museum of Saken Seifullin - Ait Nesypbekuly made a speech at the monument "Monument to the victims of hunger".

On June 3, according to the Regional Action Plan for 2018–2020 for the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015–2025 and counteraction to the shadow economy of the Nur-Sultan, Deputy Director K.T. Duysekeev in the hall "Zerde" held a lecture with the museum staff on "Corruption - a threat to society and the state". During the conversation, K.T. On June 3, in the framework of the Year of Youth and the implementation of the program article of N. Nazarbayev “View to the future” and the celebration of the International Children's Day on the territory of the museum and memorial complex “ALZHIR” for children from low-income, large families from Akmol, as well as the children of the museum staff, organized a festive event on the theme “Әр қашан күн сөнбесін”, during which the children took part in a quiz, a competition for the best drawing on the asphalt with colored chalk, made from colored paper applications. At the end of the event from the Public Fund "Amanat-ALZHIR" for the active participation of the children were presented with sweet gifts.

On June 3-9, in the framework of the implementation of the article of N.A. Nazarbayev “Uly Dalany-Zheti Kyry” and the forthcoming research mission of the museum’s staff in Kyzyl-Orda. The research department employees are working to establish a list of women convicted as “family members of traitors to their homeland”, natives of the Kyzyl-Orda city and Kyzyl-Orda oblast for further providing the list to the State Archives of the city of Kyzyl-Orda to identify the presence of archival files of women, ALZHIR prisoners in this archive.

On June 7, G. Tulepbergenova, a specialist in the exposition and exhibition department, held a lecture-conversation on “Қайта оралды латын әліпбиі”, which highlighted the main points of the transition of the Kazakh alphabet to the Latin script. During the lecture G. Tulepbergenova noted that the transition to the Latin alphabet in Kazakhstan will take place in three stages: 2018-2020, 2021-2023, 2024-2025. At the end of the lecture for the museum staff was shown a video "The transition to Latin in Kazakhstan".

On June 11, in the framework of the implementation of the article of N.A. Nazarbayev “Uly Dalany-Zhetі Kyry”, museum and memorial complex “ALZHIR” was assisted by the Directorate of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Sh. Valikhanov, in the person of Ualtayeva Altyn Slyamkaydarovna, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Leading Researcher, Assistant Professor of the Research Project “Analytical Research, Update and Informational Support of the Interactive Scientific Historical Map “The People of Kazakhstan”.
 The staff of the museum’s research department prepared and sent out a list of Hungarian women, Lezgians, Ossetians, Gypsies with brief information.

On June 13, 2019, in order to eliminate the facts of corruption offenses, as well as to increase the legal literacy of the population, promote zero tolerance for corruption, Deputy Director Duysekeev K.T. took part in a meeting in hall of the Akimat of Tselinograd District with the participation of the Deputy Head of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau in Akmola region (Anti-Corruption Service) Aset A.A., Deputy Head of the Department of the Agency for State Services Tirzhanova A.B., as well as the Head of the Interdistrict Department of the Anti-Corruption Service for the Tselinograd Region of the Department of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (Anti-Corruption Service) of the Akmola Region Zholdybaeva E.M. with the participation of Deputy Mayor of Tselinograd district Aitkuzhinova A.K., heads of departments of subordinate organizations.

On June 25, museum staff took part in a lecture organized by the Republican Information and Explanatory Group on Religious Issues on the causes of the spread of extremism and terrorism and their types, held in the “Zhastar” Theater in Nur-Sultan.

In the period from June 28-30, 2019, in the framework of the Year of Youth and the implementation of programmatic articles by N. A. Nazarbayev “Uly Dalanyn zhetі kyry” and “View to the future”, a research trip was held in Almaty, during which the director of the museum Samat Ilyasovich Tergembayev took part in the II International Competition-Festival "AMANAT music", held in the Multimedia Center for Traditional Music in Almaty, organized by the "Association of Museums in Almaty" of the Department of Culture of Almaty.
As part of a memorandum of cooperation concluded between the museum and memorial complex "ALZHIR" and the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Sh. Valikhanov, museum director Samat Illyasovich Tergembaev visited the institute of history, where he met with researchers on the topic of mass political repression. During the meeting, issues on the implementation of joint projects were discussed.
