On January 18, the Museum and memorial complex "ALZHIR" was visited by orphans and children left without parental care, students of the 1st course of the "Technical College" of the Akimat of Astana. For guests of the museum, a free tour of the halls “Alash”, and "ALZHIR" was held and the documentary "Blistery cold of "ALZHIR" was shown.

On March 1, held a charity concert "Мейірімді жүрек" in celebration of the Day of Thanks, in the district House of Culture of Akmol village, with the participation of akim of the Tselinograd district Tatkeev M.S. As part of the concert, a charity fair was organized, and boxes for collecting money were installed in the hall of the House of Culture. All proceeds will be used to help two children with oncology who live in the villages of Nuresil and Talapker in the Tselinograd district. From the “Amanat-ALZHIR” public fund, as well as from the museum team, material assistance was provided in the amount of 14,000 tenge.
On March 7, according to the plan-meeting of the Department of Culture and Sports of Astana, the museum and memorial complex “ALZHIR” was visited by first-year students of the “Religious Studies” department of Eurasian National University. The visit to the museum was organized by the Center for the Study of Religious Problems of the Akimat of Astana. A free tour of the “Alash”, and “ALZHIR” halls was held for guests and the documentary “Blistery cold of “ALZHIR” was shown.
On April 23, children and pupils of the “Zhuldyz” kindergarten of the Education Department of the Tselinograd District visited the museum and memorial complex “ALZHIR”. For guests, free-of-charge guided tours of the “Alash” and “ALZHIR” halls were conducted.
On April 25, on the eve of May 31 - the Day of Remembrance of Victims of Political Repressions and Hunger, the team of the museum and memorial complex "ALZHIR" organized excursions to the National Military-Patriotic Center of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan and “Astana-Baiterek” for representatives of deported peoples living in Akmol village of Tselinograd district.
On April 25, the museum and memorial complex "ALZHIR" was visited by tourists from the Czech Republic, including people with disabilities. A free tour of the “Alash”, and “ALZHIR” halls was held for guests and the documentary “Blistery cold of “ALZHIR” was shown.
On May 24, the museum and memorial complex “ALZHIR” was visited by residents of the Social Service Center “Әлеумет-көмек” of the Akimat of Astana. A free tour of the “Alash”, and “ALZHIR” halls was held for guests and the documentary “Blistery cold of “ALZHIR” was shown.
On May 30, on the eve of the Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Political Repressions and Hunger for the recipients of the services of the State Social Welfare Center “Social Service Center” of the akimat of the city of Nur-Sultan, in the museum “ALZHIR” was held an excursion in the “Alash” and “ALZHIR” halls and was shown documentary "Blistery cold of "ALZHIR". Among the recipients of services are persons unable to self-service, the elderly, people with disabilities I and II group.
On June 14, the museum and memorial complex “ALZHIR” donated a tour of the “Alash” and “ALZHIR” halls for the recipients of the services of the State Committee for Social Services of Akimat of the city of Nur-Sultan and presented the documentary “Blistery cold of Alzhir”. Among the recipients of services are persons who are not capable of independent service, lonely and elderly people, and disabled persons of II group. At the end of the visit, the acting director of the Center for Social Services of Akimat of Nur-Sultan N.R. Zhanmuldinova was handed a letter of thanks for organizing and conducting an excursion for the elderly and the disabled of II group.
On June 25, the museum staff listed a one-day salary to help the families of Arys, who were injured by explosions in military depots on June 24, 2019.
