On May, 2014 to May 31 – the Commemorative day of political repressions and famine victims the “ALZHIR” Museum and memorial complex edited “ALJÏR. Qorqinişti tüstey…. Kak strashnyi son….” a collection of memoirs of the prisoners of “ALZHIR” camp and their descendants. The collection consists of 5 parts: “Memoirs”, “From memoirs of “ALZHIR” prisoners”, “From memoirs of the descendants of“ALZHIR” prisoners”, “Mass media about “ALZHIR” and “Museum members about “ALZHIR”, includes the selected articles of the witnesses of the tragic time. They are the stories about such prisoners of the Akmolinsk camp as K. Mailina, G. Khodzhanova, G. Serebryakova, Z. Tnalina, L. Ruslanova, D. Zhurgeneva, R. Plisetskaya, U. Kulenova, E. Tukhachevskaya, L. Golovnya and the others. The scientific and research articles of scientists and writers will make the separate part of the book.

Currently, preparations are underway for the publication of the memoirs of the repressed children "Descendants remember " book devoted to 100-th anniversary of "Alash" party on Kazakh lands and the government "Alash Orda", the 80th anniversary of the beginning of mass political repressions and the 10th anniversary of the Museum "ALZHIR." Preserving the memory of the tragic days and events in 30-50-ies of XX century, the restoration of justice towards the innocent victims of a totalitarian system, the formation of the younger generation a sense of patriotism and morality are the main purposes of the publication of the book.

 

 

On May, 2010 with support of Assembly of Peoples in Kazakhstan  and International Fund of Humanitarian Cooperation of  CIS, "Kazakhstan unites us” Part I the  book was published. Materials and documents from "ALZHIR” Museum-memorial complex for victims of political repression are presented in the book, narrating about tragically events in the life of the Soviet society in 30-50-s.
