On June 10, 2020, the main curator of the museum, Yergeldinova Zhanar and the museum tour guide Zaikenova Meruert, took part in the republican online seminar “Efficiency and features of conducting excursions in the online format”, organized by the Directorate for the Preservation of Monuments and Objects of Historical and Cultural Heritage. Yergeldinova Zhanar made a report “The museum fund is replenished with exhibits and is on public display”, Zaikenova Meruert - “Promotion of museum activities in the online format”. For active participation, museum employees were awarded certificates.
