Biography
Born in December 31, 1897 in Zelma Grodnensk governour. A member of The CPSU(b) since 1919. Finished Moscow commercial Institute (since 1920 institute named after Plekhanov), economist. Since the beginning of the 1920s, she lived in Moscow, worked in the Central Committee of the trade Union of the garment industry. Before arrest, she was an economist in the planning Department of the People's Commissariat of heavy industry. She lived with her family (husband A. I. Gaister, in 1937 - Deputy. people's Commissar of agriculture of the USSR) in the government House. She was arrested on 01.09.1937 and charged under articles 17-58-8 and 58-12 of the criminal code of the RSFSR. She was under investigation in Butyrskaya prison. Sentenced OS NKVD of the USSR 09.12.1937 ("family member of a traitor to the Motherland») by 8 years of Labour Camp. In custody in the Akmola camp (Karlag), arrived 26.01.1938 from Butyrskaya prison. Released on 01.09.1945. After her release she lived in the Vladimir region: first in Alexandrov, in 1949-in Kolchugino, worked as an economist at the plant "Electrokabel". After the arrest and expulsion in 1949, her daughter, I. M. Gaister, went into exile in the Kokchetav region. Rehabilitated 12.03.1955 by the decision of the Military Board of the Supreme Court of the USSR. Died in 1970 (according to other sources, died 03.03.1967).
