On March 17, 2021, the ALZHIR Museum and Memorial Complex, together with the Tselinograd District Department of Internal Affairs, as part of a comprehensive crime prevention plan in Nur-Sultan for 2021-2022, a lecture-conversation was organized live on the museum's Instagram page on the topic "Law and order and crime prevention". The purpose of the event is the prevention of delinquency among young people; education of legal consciousness among the younger generation; developing the skills of independent decision-making; increasing the general level of legal literacy of young people. During the meeting, the district inspector Bulegenov Askhat Bakhituly explained the norms of administrative and criminal legislation, in particular, on the prohibition of minors outside the home at night, on punishment for petty hooliganism, he urged to observe the rules of conduct in an educational institution and in other public places, self-development, be guided by moral and family values and strictly abide by the laws.
