January 2-9 the video panorama and lecture “Women of ALZHIR” were organized. Photos and memoirs of the prisoners of the camp were presented on the exhibition.

January 17-25 the video panorama and the lecture “Kazakh poets and writers repressed in 30-50s of XX c.” were organized in the “Alash” museum hall.

April 1-20 the video panorama and the lecture “Kazakhstan is our home” dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan, were organized in the museum.

April 15-22 the lecture “Kalmenova Barshin – a prisoner of “ALZHIR” was red for the visitors of the museum.

April 22-28 the video panorama and the lecture “Nygmet Nurmakov – public and state figure” dedicated to 120th anniversary of Nygmet Nurmakov were organized in the museum.

May 4-11 the exhibition to the Day of Victory was organized on the results of the competition of pupils’ pictures.

May 20 – June 8 the exhibition and the lecture “Famous names of “ALZHIR” were organized in the museum.

May 25 – June 5 the exhibition “Unique exhibits of the “ALZHIR” museum” was organized in anticipation of the Day of Memory of political repressions victims.

June 20 – July 10 the exhibition “Astana is the center of unity” to the Day of Capital of RK was organized in the museum.

August 25-31 the exhibition “Main Low is the base of Independence” dedicated to 20th anniversary of the Constitution of RK was organized in the museum.

September 11-18 the exhibition and the lecture “Broken shanyrak” were organized in the museum.

October 5-12 the video panorama and the lecture “Kazakhstan is the region of friendship” dedicated to deported people were held in the museum.

November 2 the lecture and the exhibition “Lives of deported people of Kazakhstan” were organized for the pupils of 6th school in Karaotkel village.
