Research trips
One of the tendency of the scientific-researching activities of the museum is scientific –searching and expedition works, which “ALLZHIR” museum staff actively organize.

March 12-18, the staff of the museum were in a research trip to Atyrau. During the trip, museum employees came to visit Atyrau Regional archive, historic museum of the city, thanks to them museum fund expanded copies of archival materials and photos of repressed figures of the Western Kazakhstan region.
April 14-21, the scientific expedition to Almaty took place. Descendants of repressed people, Akhmetova Azaliya, Danilenko Vladimir, Zhansugurov Sayat, Ibrayev Kadyr, Osmanova Zarema, Ruskulova Saule presented archival materials and photos, personal objects belonged to their mothers.
June 6-16, the scientific expedition to Balkhash town and Karagandy region was organized. During the expedition, the staff of the museum visited the Museum of the victims of political repression, Dolinka village and archive of Karagandy region.
June 17-24, the expedition to Petropavlovsk was purchased. During the journal research workers of “ALZHIR” visited regional and party archives, a museum complex “Residence of Khan Abay”.
August 29-30, the scientific expedition to Balkhash town and Karagandy region was organized. During the expedition, the staff of the museum visited the Museum of the victims of political repression, Dolinka village and archive of Karagandy region.
October 29- November 4, employees of the museum made a trip to Almaty and Taldykorgan cities. During the trip, the visit to the museum named after I. Zhansugurov, M.Tynyshbayev and meeting with the descendants of repressed people were carried out. Museum fund was replenished by materials of O.Zhandosov, A. Lekerov, Zh.Shanin, G.Kuvatov and others.
